Your Options After Bankruptcy Reform

Your personal bankruptcy options will change after October 16, 2005 when new bankruptcy law goes into effect. The decision of whether to file bankruptcy and which chapter to file will be more important because Chapter 7 bankruptcies will be restricted under the new law.
